Diario Nutrición is hiring a part-time Junior Data Analyst to work remotely from the United States. This position supports data-informed decisions across nutrition content, audience activity, and product outcomes.
What you will do
- Gather data from internal and external sources, then clean, structure, and validate it for analysis.
- Create straightforward reports and dashboards to monitor performance and trends.
- Carry out exploratory analysis to uncover patterns, issues, and opportunities.
- Prepare concise findings that can be easily understood by non-technical colleagues.
- Assist with building and maintaining simple data models.
- Track important metrics and keep documentation of methods, assumptions, and results.
- Work closely with content, marketing, and product teams to turn insights into practical recommendations.
Qualifications and background
Candidates should bring strong analytical ability along with a solid understanding of core data analytics concepts. A working grasp of descriptive statistics and simple hypothesis testing is expected, as is familiarity with data modeling and structured datasets. The role also calls for clear communication skills, comfort using spreadsheets, and some exposure to analytical tools such as SQL, Python, or R. You should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage work independently in a remote setting. An interest in nutrition, health, or digital media is considered an advantage.
Education preference
An associate or bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, or a similar field is preferred, and it may be completed or still in progress.
