365 AI is hiring a Junior Data Analyst to help turn raw information into practical insights that support business decisions, operational tracking, and ongoing strategic work. This position focuses on gathering, preparing, checking, and summarizing data so teams can rely on accurate information.
In this role, you will work with data from different sources, organize it for analysis, and assist more experienced analysts and cross-functional teams with structured reporting and basic trend analysis. The job offers hands-on exposure to common data workflows, business metrics, and analytical methods, making it a strong starting point for someone building a foundation in data analysis.
What you will do

- Run straightforward analyses to spot patterns, trends, and useful observations.
- Check datasets for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Keep data records, files, and documentation up to date.
- Help prepare reports, dashboards, and concise summaries for different audiences.
- Respond to routine analytical requests and support ad hoc reporting needs.
- Work with analysts and other stakeholders to understand what data is needed.
- Record methods used, assumptions made, and the sources of the data.
- Assist with performance monitoring and day-to-day operational reporting.
- Follow established data quality and governance practices.
What the role requires
This position calls for a careful, logical, and detail-oriented approach. You should be comfortable working with structured data, using spreadsheets and basic analytical tools, and explaining findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. A willingness to learn and the ability to stay organized while handling multiple tasks are important.
Core strengths include analytical thinking, problem solving, data accuracy, and clear written and verbal communication. You should also be able to manage deadlines, support reporting work, and keep outputs aligned with business goals.
