Role overview

This is a full-time remote position for a Human Data Manager focused on building and improving data operations. The role centers on creating dependable workflows for annotation, collection, processing, and analysis while keeping quality and efficiency high.

What you'll do

• Set up, maintain, and improve data pipelines that support accurate annotation, collection, processing, and analysis.
• Define key performance indicators and keep track of them to strengthen operational results and support evidence-based decisions.
• Work with datasets to identify practical insights and turn them into recommendations that improve efficiency.
• Partner with different teams to make sure data initiatives support broader business goals.
• Create and update reporting systems that measure core metrics and workflow enhancements.
• Keep refining processes so they can scale well, preserve data integrity, and meet quality expectations.

Experience and strengths needed

• Hands-on background in data analysis, annotation, or workflow improvement.
• Good understanding of operational processes and a strong interest in making them more efficient.
• Ability to explain insights clearly in both written and spoken form.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment, learning quickly, and performing under pressure.
• Strong teamwork skills and close attention to data quality, checks, and validation.
