Guidewire Digital Staff - Technical Lead

About the Role

EY is seeking a Technical Lead for its Technology Consulting practice to support Guidewire implementation work for clients across different regions. The position focuses on delivering technical solutions within insurance technology programs and contributing to a globally connected team environment.

Job Purpose

The selected professional will lead technical efforts on Guidewire-related implementation assignments and help shape solutions for customer engagements worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Work as a Technical Lead on Guidewire implementation projects within the Technology Consulting team.
• Contribute to projects delivered for clients across global markets.
• Handle development and integration work across Guidewire and non-Guidewire technology stacks as required.

Guidewire Experience

• Bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience with the JUTRO framework, which is mandatory.
• Have practical exposure to the backend Edge framework.
• Insurance domain experience is preferred.
• Use unit testing tools such as GUnit and JEST.
• Understand architectural styles and APIs, including REST and RPC.
• Work with JSON and REST API integrations.

Non-Guidewire Experience

• Strong knowledge of ReactJS on the frontend, which is mandatory.
• Backend development experience in .NET or Java, which is mandatory.
• Insurance domain experience is preferred.
• Use unit testing tools such as GUnit and JEST.
• Understand architectural styles and APIs, including REST and RPC.
• Work with JSON and REST API integrations.
