Your work will help ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable, well-maintained room and a positive overall stay.Key responsibilitiesPrepare and clean all assigned guest rooms according to the required standards.Look for ways to create a more personalized and pleasant guest experience.Respect guest privacy and belongings while delivering attentive and professional service.Keep assigned areas clean and maintained in line with hotel procedures and quality standards.Refill guest amenities and respond quickly to guest requests.Inform the supervisor about any damage or malfunction found in rooms or public areas.Ensure housekeeping tools and equipment are kept clean and in proper condition.Maintain section room reports and daily productivity records.Qualifications and skillsThe ideal candidate should hold a Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management and bring at least 1 year of relevant experience. A courteous, attentive, and caring approach is important, along with the ability to notice guest needs in advance and respond professionally.
