About the company

As a consultant and service partner, the company provides white-label shops as well as ordering and inventory management systems to control processes and goods flows. In this way, Libri has built one of the most efficient logistics and IT infrastructures for the book trade and supports long-term success for publishers and booksellers.

  • Strong communication skills tailored to different stakeholders, including developers, product owners, and neighboring teams.
  • A strong commitment to quality, along with clean code practices and automated testing.
  • A structured, independent way of working and very good German language skills.

  • Extensive learning opportunities and participation in conferences.
  • A permanent full-time position with 38.5 hours per week and flexible working hours (flextime).
  • A versatile, autonomous role that can be performed both from the office and from home.
  • Strong team support, careful onboarding, and a collaborative environment.
  • Collective-agreement and other benefits such as 30 days of vacation, holiday and Christmas bonus, HVV ProfiTicket, corporate benefits, and employee discounts.
