Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all portion sizes and quality standards are strictly followed, abiding by department policies and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of your station consistently during your shift.
• Accurately interpret and execute prep sheets and recipes.
• Confirm that food quality meets expectations and orders are correct before delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels throughout the shift and communicate any replenishment needs promptly.
• Follow First-In, First-Out inventory rotation to maintain freshness of products.
• Keep cleanliness and sanitation standards up to company standards throughout duty hours.
• Communicate effectively in a fast-moving, high-volume kitchen environment.
• Promote and engage in teamwork with colleagues.
