Role Overview
This is a high-impact, fast-moving role suited to someone who takes initiative, works proactively, and enjoys helping people get things done. You should be comfortable handling tasks of every size, delivering polished work, and spotting ways to improve efficiency. The position supports a senior leader and requires working effectively with a range of personalities and priorities. It also serves as the India-based counterpart to the Chief of Staff for Engineering, mirroring that support locally.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the VP, Engineering & Site Leader, while helping drive several operational and cross-functional activities.
- Manage the executive’s calendar, travel arrangements, expense submissions, and support for team events and offsites.
- Assist with execution of important initiatives such as hiring drives and campus internship programs, using strong interpersonal and program coordination skills.
- Plan domestic and international travel end to end, including agendas, itineraries, and logistics.
- Keep diaries organized and schedule meetings and appointments across local and global time zones, for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate ongoing projects through meeting follow-ups, document handling, and email or in-person reminders.
- Step in to support other executives when business requirements shift.
- Help improve communication and coordination across teams within LiveRamp.
- Represent the company with professionalism, warmth, discretion, and efficiency in all interactions.
- Work closely with India and global teams on cross-team initiatives to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
Applicants should bring substantial administrative experience and the ability to work with senior leaders in a demanding, global environment.
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable support role.
- Strong background in administration within a global organization, especially supporting internationally focused leaders.
- Prior experience assisting senior executives in a dynamic, outcome-driven setting.
- Exceptional discretion, sound judgment, ethics, and common sense, given the confidential nature of the role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external senior contacts.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace tools such as Sheets, Docs, and Slides, along with strong editing and proofreading ability; experience with G Suite is an advantage.
- High integrity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Comfort in challenging situations while maintaining a positive, proactive attitude.
