Overview

This position supports the PBNA Retail team by handling key sales support tasks such as pricing changes, setup and upkeep of small account TPM, maintenance of customer master data, and updates to the customer portal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain TPM tactics for unplanned portfolio activity and settlements.
  • Handle customer master data and pricing requests while following defined data quality standards and service-level commitments.
  • Ensure that events requiring on-ticket price revisions or off-ticket adjustments are entered into the relevant systems on time.
  • Maintain a central repository of customer contracts and keep master documents aligned with pricing information in the system.
  • Serve as the main contact for customer questions about range changes, pricing, and claims, with a focus on prompt and effective resolution.
  • Coordinate and manage expectations through both verbal and written communication with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Finance, and Control.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements where possible.
  • Maintain SOP documentation for all assigned activities.

Qualifications

The role requires a degree in Business or Commerce and 5 to 6 years of experience in Finance or Sales. The ideal candidate should communicate clearly in both writing and speech, tailoring communication style to the audience and situation. Strong analytical ability is needed to interpret delivery performance, spot opportunities and risks, and support implementation of improvements.
