Accountabilities

• Keep a close watch on chat interactions throughout long daily shifts of 8 or more hours, making sure the flow stays appropriate and uninterrupted.
• Step into conversations from time to time to improve clarity, adjust tone, or strengthen the quality of replies on behalf of companions.
• Observe, record, and interpret communication trends between users and conversational agents or companions.
• Review how accurate and effective AI-assisted responses are, noting what works well and where improvement is needed.
• Flag technical problems or content issues in automated replies so the system can be refined over time.
• Arrange supporting content such as images or videos when needed to match user interaction requirements.

• A disciplined, organized, and methodical work style is important for this role.
• You need a solid understanding of user behavior, basic customer psychology, and empathy.
• Interest in AI tools and a willingness to learn new systems are essential.

• Strong written Russian and a good command of English are required.
