Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed investigations into quality concerns arising in manufacturing and quality laboratories.
• Analyze deviations, out-of-specification results, and unusual investigational findings.
• Determine root causes and recommend sound corrective action plans to mitigate issues.
• Ensure all investigation reports fully comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Manage moderately complex projects independently, organizing schedules to meet deadlines.
• Formulate short-term work plans and collaborate effectively within team settings.
• Utilize professional skills and discipline knowledge to contribute to team efforts effectively.
• Make informed decisions addressing moderately complex problems within standard frameworks.
• Perform tasks under supervision following established protocols and guidelines.
• Review own work regularly and occasionally mentor peers by reviewing their work outputs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Possess an MBA/MS or associate degree with a minimum of six years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with at least eight years of pertinent industry practice.
• Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and decision-making.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical sector is required.
• A strong foundation in manufacturing, compliance, and technological aspects of investigations, processes, and systems.
• Work capability both autonomously and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and oral communication competence.
• Proficient in computer use, especially advanced management of Excel spreadsheets.
