SCM Trainee

About the internship

This three-month, full-time in-office internship is for an SCM Trainee at Wireworks, a division of Infinity Power Private Limited. The role is based in Noida and is focused on procurement support, supplier coordination, and documentation work within an IT infrastructure solutions environment.

What you will do

• Support the preparation and processing of purchase orders.
• Manage PDC (post-dated cheque) requests along with the required paperwork.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to track follow-ups and confirm delivery schedules.
• Keep procurement files, records, and related documentation accurate and up to date.
• Assist in day-to-day vendor communication and relationship handling.
• Use SAP for procurement tasks if you have prior exposure to it.
• Analyze data and prepare reports using MS Excel.
• Help close procurement tasks on time and coordinate with internal teams as needed.

Who can apply

Applications are open to candidates who can commit to a full-time, on-site internship, begin between 27 June 2026 and 1 August 2026, stay for 3 months, and bring relevant skills and interest to the role.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 15,000 to 25,000.
