About the role
This internship is designed for someone who wants to support campus hiring and student outreach for a career development platform focused on learners from tier 2 and tier 3 colleges. The work is remote and part-time, and the selected intern will help bring in college students to participate as Sales Ambassadors.
What you'll do
- Find and engage college students who can join as Sales Ambassadors for the platform.
- Review applicants through WhatsApp and LinkedIn, and carry out short initial interviews.
- Welcome selected ambassadors and explain the sales process clearly to them.
- Monitor ambassador performance and share weekly progress numbers.
- Keep an organized record of all recruited and active ambassadors.

Preferred profile
Candidates pursuing BBA, MBA, or any other graduation are preferred. Prior exposure to sales, marketing, or recruitment is an advantage. Comfort with outreach on WhatsApp and LinkedIn is also preferred.
Stipend and incentive structure
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 5,500 to 6,500. The pay structure includes a fixed component of INR 5,000 per month and an incentive component of INR 500 to 1,500 per month.
