About the internship

As a credit consultant, you will speak with prospective students, understand their education loan needs, suggest suitable financing options, and work with banking partners to keep the loan process moving efficiently. The role centers on customer interaction, follow-ups, and conversion support.

What you will do

Reach out to prospective students by phone and email to understand their loan needs and collect the required details.
Present education loan options that align with the student’s profile, eligibility, and financial requirement.
Stay in regular contact with students to improve conversion rates and speed up loan closures.
Coordinate with banking partners by sharing applicant information, tracking approvals, and supporting the process end to end.
Keep lead records, loan progress updates, and communication notes accurate and up to date in the system.
Build a strong relationship with students to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the journey.
Work toward daily and weekly outreach and conversion targets.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can work full time from the office, can begin between 2 July 2026 and 6 August 2026, can commit for 3 months, and are based in Mumbai. Applicants should have relevant interest and skills for the role.

Requirements

Graduation completed is preferred.
A finance background is an advantage, though freshers from any discipline may apply.
Strong spoken and written communication, interpersonal ability, and presentation skills.
