Role overview

We are looking for an energetic driver with a customer-first mindset and experience working with healthcare clients. This position suits someone who can handle a route-based driving role while maintaining strong service standards and safety practices.

Key duties

• Collect, deliver, and store containers safely at customer sites.
• Deliver a reliable customer experience and develop positive working relationships.
• Drive company vehicles carefully and in line with safety expectations.
• Meet scheduled delivery times and communicate any delays or issues clearly.
• Load and unload goods as part of daily duties.
• Follow the assigned route and direction from leadership to provide efficient service.
• Comply with legal and operational requirements, including logging hours and completing roadside inspections.
• Carry out physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting.

Candidate profile

• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Should bring a flexible, can-do approach with a strong focus on customers.
• Needs experience driving vehicles safely, including those with a manual element.
• Should understand the importance of punctual delivery and the nature of an essential service.

Offer and working pattern

• Overtime opportunities are available.
• The schedule is consistent: Monday to Friday, daytime hours only.
• This is a permanent role.
• The salary is £32,760 plus bonus.
