Role overview
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure’s Data Center Early Career Programs team is looking for a well-organized Program Coordinator to help run the operational side of its trainee and early career initiatives. In this position, you will support the Catalyst Data Center Trainee Programs as well as related intern and new graduate programs, helping ensure day-to-day activities move forward smoothly.
The role is a 1-year contract and is fully remote, with work aligned to CT or ET time zones. Compensation is set at $25 to $30 per hour on W2.
What you will do
- Help manage the daily operations of the Catalyst Data Center Trainee Programs and other early career initiatives.
- Build and maintain calendars, timelines, milestones, and recurring program activities.
- Keep program files, trackers, shared materials, templates, and operational workflows organized and up to date.
- Coordinate onboarding, training sessions, events, engagement activities, and participant check-ins.
- Monitor action items, key deliverables, and deadlines so work stays on schedule.
- Prepare, organize, and send communications to trainees, participants, managers, stakeholders, and partners.
- Handle recurring announcements, reminders, and other program updates.
- Set up meetings, prepare agendas, record notes, and track follow-up actions.
- Act as a reliable contact for questions from participants and stakeholders.
- Support purchase requisitions and purchase orders for the Data Center Onboarding & Development team, including the Catalyst Early Careers and Data Center Learning & Development groups.
- Work with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and outside vendors on contract execution and vendor onboarding.
- Track invoices, purchase requests, contract renewals, and vendor commitments.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor relationships, program spending, and procurement activity.
- Assist with budget monitoring and reporting for program-related costs.
- Maintain participant tracking tools, program dashboards, and operational reports.
- Track participation, engagement, milestone completion, and other important operational metrics.
- Keep program records, documents, and participant data current and accurate.
- Coordinate logistics for onboarding sessions, training events, and other program activities.
- Arrange meeting invites, venue support, materials, attendee tracking, and related event details.
- Support both virtual and in-person events across multiple locations and time zones.
- Look for ways to improve processes, communication, and program coordination.
- Suggest efficiencies that help programs scale and operate more effectively.
- Assist with special projects and new initiatives across the Data Center Early Career Programs organization.

- Comfort using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and collaboration platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent amount of relevant experience.

- Experience partnering with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, or Program Management teams.
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure, technology organizations, or large operational environments.
- Strong analytical ability and experience maintaining reports and tracking systems.
- Well organized, proactive, responsive, and able to work through ambiguity.
- Team-oriented mindset with a customer-service approach toward participants and stakeholders.
- Interest in operational excellence and scalable process design.
