Overview
We are actively seeking candidates to join our Temporary Production Operator panel at the Little Island Plant. This position plays a vital role within our Concentrate manufacturing operations, which are foundational in creating the food and beverage products that reach consumers worldwide. The role emphasizes commitment to the core principles of safety, quality, service, and efficiency. This is an opportunity to be involved in the production of globally recognized PepsiCo brands.
Responsibilities
The selected individual will carry out various tasks related to the assigned operational area such as manufacturing, filling, and dispatching liquid and powder flavor concentrates. Compliance with all Health, Safety & Environment standards as per company policies and procedures, introduced during induction and throughout employment, is mandatory. The position may require working in shifts, including nights.
Qualifications
- Completion of secondary education or equivalent.
- Possession of a certified CB (Commercial Bus) driver’s license is advantageous but not compulsory.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated adaptability and ability to work well within a team.
- Technical qualifications are preferred but not essential.
- Competency in PC usage.
- Willingness and availability to work shift hours, potentially including night shifts.
