Role overviewG4S is looking for a professionally trained MST to support its security operations team in Karnataka, India. The role involves handling manpower hiring needs for multiple client locations such as construction sites, courts, retail outlets, warehouses, banks, and factories. The position also requires familiarity with industrial zones, urgent customer shipments, and new sales-related manpower requirements.Key responsibilitiesArrange manpower on a daily basis as per operational demand.Submit daily updates and reports to the supervisor following the prescribed process.Make sure company policies and operating procedures are followed at all times.Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environment guidelines.Operate and keep track of security systems.Regulate the movement of people, materials, and vehicles entering or leaving the premises.Conduct foot patrols to identify any unsafe condition or threat to property and personal safety at the site.Inspect external parking areas as needed to help safeguard vehicles and spot any unauthorized presence.Additional informationThis is a full-time on-site position based in Karnataka, India.
