About the internship

Radeium Packaging is looking for a Marketing Intern to support the founder and partner with marketing and business development initiatives. The role offers hands-on exposure to outreach, lead generation, digital promotion, and day-to-day marketing operations in the packaging industry.

Role responsibilities

• Help generate leads and assist with telemarketing efforts.
• Carry out market research, gather relevant data, and do simple analysis.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and social media activity.
• Assist with email outreach and follow-ups.
• Coordinate the creation of marketing content and promotional assets.
• Keep records updated and track active marketing tasks and progress.

Who can apply

This internship is open to candidates who can join a full-time, in-office role, are able to begin between 22 May 2026 and 26 Jun 2026, can commit to a 6-month duration, and have relevant interest and skills for the role.

Eligibility and requirements

• Good verbal and written communication ability.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media marketing.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Organized, dependable, and responsible work style.
• Interest in practical exposure to branding, outreach, and marketing operations in the packaging sector.
• Preference for candidates with videography and editing skills, along with experience in social media content creation.
• Applicants should be comfortable communicating persuasively and logically.

Compensation

The internship offers a monthly stipend in the range of INR 6,000 to 9,500. The stipend structure includes a fixed component of INR 5,000 to 7,000 per month and an incentive component of INR 1,000 to 2,500 per month.
