Role Overview

Grew Renewables Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an entry-level Junior Developer / Junior Data Analyst to join its team on a full-time basis in Australia. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys both building software and working with data, and who is eager to contribute to application support, reporting, analysis, and broader digital improvement efforts.

The role brings together development and analytics work, with regular collaboration across technical and business stakeholders. The selected candidate will help improve systems, support data-driven decision-making, and contribute to process automation and transformation projects across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development, testing, and upkeep of software applications and internal platforms.
Create, refine, and maintain SQL queries used for reporting and data analysis.
Gather data from business sources, then clean, verify, and analyze it for useful insights.
Build reports, dashboards, and visual outputs that assist business decisions.
Assist with database administration, data handling tasks, and system integration work.
Investigate application issues and help resolve technical problems.
Work with business users to understand needs and translate them into practical technical solutions.
Carry out data quality checks to keep information accurate and consistent.
Document technical workflows, reports, and system improvements.
Take part in enhancement initiatives, automation activities, and ongoing learning.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a closely related discipline.
Foundational knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, or similar.
Basic to intermediate ability in SQL for extracting and reporting data.
Understanding of databases, software development fundamentals, and data analysis concepts.
Familiarity with Excel and reporting platforms such as Power BI or Tableau is beneficial.
Exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or web development basics will be considered an added advantage.
Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving ability.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Quick learning mindset with the flexibility to adapt to new tools and changing business needs.
Prior internships, academic assignments, coding work, or data analysis projects are encouraged.
