About the internship
Dimexon Diamonds is seeking a motivated and energetic HR intern to support its people-function initiatives. This role is designed to provide practical exposure to core HR work, with a strong focus on the foundations of HR business partnering. It is especially well suited for MBA (HR) students who want to build a solid base in both strategic and operational HR.

Key responsibilities
The internship covers a broad mix of HR activities, including role mapping, talent planning, employer branding, employee engagement, HR analytics, and process support. You will collaborate with the HR team on day-to-day tasks as well as projects that improve employee experience and HR operations.
- Review the organizational structure and map different roles and responsibilities to support role catalogue development.
- Help create and maintain a role catalogue across departments and functions.
- Assist with talent mapping and building pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Keep recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reporting documents updated.
- Support work on the employee value proposition and help strengthen employer branding efforts.
- Contribute through research, content support, and engagement-related activities for branding initiatives.
- Assist with benchmarking industry practices and comparing competitor approaches.
- Work with the HRBP team on routine HR operations and strategic people initiatives.
- Support employee engagement programs and internal communication efforts.
- Help prepare HR reports, analytics, and insights for decision-making.
- Take part in HR projects focused on talent development, employee experience, and process improvement.
- Assist with documentation, policy revisions, and standardization of HR processes.

Eligibility
