About the Role
TechnipFMC is looking for a hands-on and detail-focused Process Lead to coordinate training activities end to end. This position involves working closely with internal stakeholders, managing external training partners, and ensuring day-to-day learning operations run smoothly in Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD).
What You’ll Do
- Act as the main contact for business teams on learning and training needs.
- Work with stakeholders to define training priorities and plan program schedules.
- Source, review, and coordinate with external training vendors.
- Make sure vendors deliver training services on time and with the expected quality.
- Prepare purchase requisitions and purchase orders as needed.
- Build and maintain training events, sessions, and related learning objects in CSOD.
- Provide functional support for CSOD users and resolve system-related issues.
- Track learning data, create reports, and analyze training completion and effectiveness.
- Improve training workflows and recommend process enhancements.
- Keep training documentation and standard operating procedures up to date.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in training operations or learning and development coordination.
- Prior experience handling vendors and communicating with stakeholders.
- Practical, mandatory experience with Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD).
- Strong planning, coordination, and multitasking ability.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage several priorities at once.
