The role follows a hybrid work model, meaning work will be split between home and a LinkedIn office on selected days depending on business needs.The job centers on identifying client opportunities, creating new business, and managing customer relationships as a trusted advisor. The person in this role will focus on helping companies choose the right recruitment technology and corporate solutions, while always acting in the customer’s best interests and working toward quota attainment.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle a large volume of contract renewals efficiently, protecting customer relationships while maximizing business value.Maintain regular customer touchpoints across the full contract lifecycle to keep clients engaged and informed about LinkedIn’s evolving solutions.Understand customer business goals, identify obstacles, and work across contacts to build strategic partnerships.Expand adoption of LinkedIn’s Talent and Learning Solutions in line with customer objectives and expected outcomes.Keep an accurate quarterly renewal forecast for the assigned territory.Build and run a territory strategy, including documenting and sharing competitive intelligence.Use support from peers and managers to solve problems, ramp up effectively, and close deals, while applying sales systems and tools well.Share knowledge, coaching, and practical guidance with colleagues when improvement opportunities arise.Help define and distribute best practices that strengthen the team’s approach.Bring market feedback and insights to product and marketing teams.Take initiative on challenges beyond the immediate role and step into additional responsibilities as needed.Qualifications and SkillsApplicants should have at least 2 years of experience in sales or account management. The preferred background also includes working knowledge of MS Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with exposure to recruiting or HR software, SaaS offerings, and Salesforce.com.Success in this role also calls for familiarity with the talent acquisition or staffing agency space, strong negotiation ability for senior-level value-based discussions, excellent communication skills, and solid project, time, and customer management capabilities.
