Role overview

This internship is for a Cloud Trainee focused on Tally on Cloud. The position is based in Thane, with availability across Thane, Dombivli, and Kalyan. It is a full-time, in-office internship lasting 6 months and beginning immediately. The stipend is INR 5,000 to INR 8,000 per month, and there are 10 openings.

What you will do

• Get trained in deploying and configuring Tally on Cloud, and support the team in day-to-day cloud operations.
• Help set up cloud servers, user access, remote desktop access, and related cloud resources.
• Support installation, configuration, and migration tasks for Tally on Cloud environments.
• Act as first-line support for users facing technical issues with Tally on Cloud.
• Diagnose and help resolve problems related to connectivity, login, printing, backups, and application usage.
• Track server performance, uptime, and overall system stability.
• Assist with backups, data recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Work with the cloud operations team to close technical issues efficiently.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and basic security settings for cloud access.
• Draft setup instructions, support notes, technical documentation, and service records.
• Manage support tickets and work toward quick resolution of reported issues.
• Support client onboarding, cloud provisioning, and post-deployment assistance.
• Follow up with clients on support requests and service progress.
• Keep clear records of cloud infrastructure changes and support work.

Growth opportunity

Depending on performance, the intern may be considered for a full-time position such as Cloud Support Executive or Cloud Operations Executive.

Additional information

This opportunity includes a certificate. The internship is meant for candidates who can join full time, start within the specified application window, and stay for the complete 6-month duration. Relevant skills and interest in cloud operations are required.
