Role overview

In this Senior iOS Engineer position, you will play a key role in defining the technical direction of the mobile platform. Your work will center on building scalable, modular solutions that support six cross-functional teams in delivering features efficiently and in a sustainable way. The position offers strong visibility and a meaningful influence on the future of the iOS ecosystem as the company grows.

Technology stack

The environment includes Swift, SwiftUI, MVVM, Swift Testing, Xcode Cloud, Swift packages, SPM, and the most recent iOS SDKs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the shift toward modular architecture and keep improving the scalability of the iOS codebase.
• Create, update, and enforce technical principles and architecture rules.
• Enhance the reliability of CI/CD workflows, build speed, and release execution.
• Build a stronger testing strategy and help establish solid quality practices across teams.
• Improve app stability, responsiveness, and overall technical quality.
• Evaluate and advise on major architecture choices that affect multiple teams.
• Actively lower technical debt while empowering product teams through platform-level improvements.

• Strong command of Swift and proven experience with large production-grade applications.
• Solid knowledge of modular app design and scalable architecture patterns.
• Practical experience with Clean Architecture, MVVM, or comparable approaches.
• Good understanding of modern concurrency concepts and memory management in iOS.
• Hands-on background in unit testing and raising test coverage.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and release workflows.
• Ability to work well across teams, plus strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
