What you’ll do
- Create sales opportunities by booking introductory meetings with important influencers and decision-makers.
- Develop both new and existing accounts through persistent outbound calling, along with targeted email and social outreach.
- Review inbound and outbound prospects’ businesses and connect with them by phone and email.
- Communicate effectively while working closely with customers, the sales team, and cross-functional partners.
- Operate in a fast-paced setting, take initiative, experiment with new ideas, and share learnings with the team.
- Participate in sales meetings, product or skills training, and local trade shows to stay current on the technology landscape and ecosystem.
What you’ll need
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in both German and English.
- A university degree from an accredited institution.
- Interest in technology and software sales; 1 to 2 years of customer-facing experience is preferred.
- Ability to build durable relationships with both internal colleagues and external contacts.
- Good time management, self-direction, and the ability to work independently.
- Comfort with rapid change, including adapting to new management priorities and taking a customer-first perspective.
- A resourceful, outcome-oriented working style.
- A collaborative, coachable attitude with a willingness to keep improving.
- Strong customer communication skills across in-person, phone, and written channels.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adjust effort based on department needs and business goals.
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI tools is an advantage.
