Operations Executive

Role Summary

Aditya Birla Capital is hiring an Operations Executive in Maharashtra to support day-to-day sales operations, reporting, and performance monitoring across the zone and field teams.

Key Result Areas and Supporting Actions

Sales Performance Tracking

• Keep everyday lead trackers and face-to-face meeting trackers updated, and compare planned targets with actual outcomes for AM and AAM teams.
• Track “No Zero Day” performance to help maintain regular sales activity across the team each day.
• Refresh business performance dashboards twice a day at both the Zone level and AM/AAM level.

Product and Portfolio Management

• Prepare daily reports for lending products, including the comparison of logins and disbursements, along with broking account MIS.
• Share a daily summary covering insurance policies and the premium values collected.
• Compile DRA and account opening updates on FTD, MTD, and YTD bases.

Team Activation and Hiring

• Track internal contest announcements and ensure appreciation emails are sent to top performers.

Compliance, Field Verification and Stakeholder Reporting

• Provide detailed partner-wise reports on YTD and MTD performance to senior management.
• Share live status updates on lead movement and progress.
