Key Responsibilities

You will build and improve responsive websites and landing pages for healthcare and medical clients, turning design concepts into clean and reusable front-end code. You will also help create digital marketing experiences that improve campaign results and audience engagement.

In day-to-day work, you will collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to ensure designs and functionality are implemented accurately. You will also contribute to enhancements that support SEO, conversion rate optimization, and overall website performance.

Your responsibilities will include improving site speed, accessibility, and compatibility across major browsers, as well as making sure layouts work smoothly on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. You will follow current web standards and usability best practices.

You will assist with website maintenance on platforms such as WordPress, including content changes, template updates, and layout adjustments. You will also help find and fix interface bugs, test features across devices and browsers, and keep your skills current through reviews, shared learning, and mentorship.

Qualifications

The role calls for 0–2 years of front-end development experience, which may include internships, freelance work, academic assignments, or personal projects. Experience with live websites or web applications will be considered an advantage.

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related discipline is preferred, although equivalent practical experience is also acceptable.

Applicants should have a strong grasp of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, along with familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design. Exposure to modern frameworks or libraries such as React or Vue is an added benefit. Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is preferred, as is a basic understanding of SEO-friendly development practices.

You should also be comfortable using Git and version control workflows, and have experience with design collaboration tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. Knowledge of website performance tuning and browser compatibility standards is also important.

Soft skills matter too: attention to detail, problem-solving, clear communication, teamwork in remote settings, openness to feedback, a willingness to keep learning, and the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines independently.

Preferred strengths include experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar frameworks; understanding of WCAG accessibility standards; exposure to healthcare, medical, or other regulated industries; familiarity with JavaScript build tools and modern development workflows; fluency in English; and knowledge of Arabic, which is highly desirable.
