Role Overview

The Interior Designer will create practical and visually strong interior solutions for corporate, residential, commercial, and hospitality environments. The role involves preparing drawings, layouts, BOQs, and site-based execution support while ensuring design quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Use strong AutoCAD drafting ability to produce accurate working drawings and technical documentation.
• Develop detailed CAD layouts, elevations, and supporting design drawings.
• Apply knowledge of interior components and building structure fundamentals while designing spaces.
• Create solutions that balance practicality, aesthetics, and end-use requirements.
• Work confidently with AutoCAD, MS Excel, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
• Design layouts for both corporate and residential spaces.
• Prepare BOQs and carry out quantity-related assessments.
• Conduct site visits and take accurate site measurements as required.
• Maintain design quality while managing timelines effectively.
• Prepare and refine layout drafts with strong attention to detail.
• Communicate ideas clearly and present concepts in a professional manner.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in commercial and hospitality interior projects.
• A strong history of producing high-quality design outcomes.
• Good judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
• Solid knowledge of materials and interior specification basics.
• Understanding of technical drawings and project documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting work.
• Ability to perform quantity assessment using MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop and SketchUp or 3DS Max.
