Role overview
Dynamic Safety Pte Ltd is hiring an ICT Trainer to support school-based technology learning and digital programmes in Singapore. The role combines teaching, facilitation, technical support, and digital content work within a school environment.
What you will do
- Design and run engaging sessions in educational technology, coding, STEM, digital literacy, and related learning areas.
- Help students build computational thinking, digital citizenship, and other 21st-century skills.
- Lead hands-on maker learning, AI, robotics, and other technology-driven activities.
- Assist teachers with the use of educational technology in classroom teaching.
- Run ICT-based CCAs, coding activities, innovation initiatives, and digital media programmes.
- Provide day-to-day ICT operational assistance, including equipment handling and event support.
- Create digital media outputs such as photos, videos, and edited video content.
- Resolve basic ICT issues and guide staff in using digital tools and platforms.
- Encourage cyber wellness and responsible technology use among students.
- Assess ICT programmes and suggest ways to improve them.
What the role calls for
- Background in educational technology, ICT training, or STEM education.
- Working knowledge of coding, AI, robotics, maker education, and digital learning tools.
- Exposure to ICT hardware, software, learning management systems, and audio-visual production.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and teamwork skills.

Additional requirements
- A diploma, ideally in an information technology-related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as an ICT trainer in local primary schools.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Singapore.
