Role overview
This is an entry-level HR Assistant position based remotely. The role is suited to recent graduates or early-career candidates who want to build practical experience in human resources, hiring, and employee support.
What you will do
- Help publish job openings and review incoming resumes for initial screening.
- Arrange interview schedules and keep communication flowing with candidates.
- Support new-hire onboarding and exit/offboarding activities.
- Keep employee information, records, and HR systems accurate and up to date.
- Prepare HR paperwork and assist with internal reports and documentation.
- Handle simple employee questions and route more complex issues to the right person.
- Assist with payroll and attendance data preparation when needed.
