Role Summary

The company is hiring a Full Stack Engineer for its Doha-based, on-site team. In this role, you will build, deploy, and support software systems that power freight and logistics operations. The position calls for someone who can craft responsive user interfaces, develop dependable backend services, and help create a smooth end-to-end user experience. You will work closely with different teams to solve technical issues, improve system efficiency, and support the company’s effort to reshape logistics across the region.

Core Focus Areas

• Build and maintain both frontend and backend components for logistics software products.
• Design intuitive, efficient interfaces and scalable server-side solutions.
• Improve application performance and reliability across the platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to address technical requirements and delivery needs.
• Contribute to automation, connectivity, and visibility features that support freight workflows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with backend and full-stack development, including server-side programming and database handling.
• Strong command of frontend development and CSS for creating interactive, easy-to-use interfaces.
• Solid understanding of software development practices, methods, and coding standards.
• Comfort working in a collaborative, on-site environment in Doha, Qatar.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability with a practical, solution-oriented mindset.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
• Experience with logistics or supply chain technology would be an advantage.
