About the Role

As an Executive in Learning & Development, you will support the coordination and delivery of training and development initiatives across the organisation. The role involves keeping learning records accurate, working closely with employees and external providers, and helping ensure the company’s learning agenda stays aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the administrative side of learning activities, including course enrolments, certification tracking, training subsidy administration, and payment follow-up.
  • Keep training documentation complete and current, and assess how well learning initiatives support current and future organisational priorities.
  • Regularly review internal and external training offerings and refresh them to keep them relevant and aligned with business objectives.
  • Work with leaders and managers to identify skills gaps and training requirements across the organisation.
  • Research, assess, and coordinate with external training vendors to create and deliver customised learning solutions.
  • Maintain and communicate the training schedule, available courses, SOPs, and learning policies.
  • Support and run mentorship initiatives and other internal development programmes that encourage ongoing learning.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development.
  • Preferred certifications: ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) or ACLP (Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance).
