Call Center Representative

Role overview

Dr. Sunny Medical Centre in Sharjah is looking for a call center representative to manage patient communication, coordinate appointments, and support telesales efforts over the phone.

Key duties

• Handle a large number of incoming patient calls efficiently and professionally.
• Welcome callers and ensure they receive a courteous first point of contact.
• Book appointments and return visit slots for both new and returning patients.
• Use the electronic records platform to enter and maintain accurate patient details.
• Reach out to patients when needed to help with appointment changes and rescheduling.
• Speak with potential customers by phone to begin the sales process.
• Identify customer needs and encourage repeat purchases through persuasive communication.
• Respond to questions about products and packages clearly and accurately.
• Work toward assigned sales targets and quota goals.
• Share information about the clinic’s products or services to build interest in the brand.
• Promote new offers to drive repeat business.
• Turn customer inquiries into active sales opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in telesales or as a call center agent.
• Availability to work evening shifts from 2 pm to 10 pm, or on weekends when required.
• Strong fluency in both Arabic and English.
