Business Development (Sales) Internship

About the Internship

ZoloStays is looking for a remote Business Development (Sales) intern to support client follow-ups, lead conversion, and day-to-day tracking. The company is a Nexus and PE-funded Series B business focused on fully managed co-living spaces, serving working professionals and students with a broad range of living amenities.

Founded in 2015 by alumni of IIM, IIT, AIIMS, and ISB, the company operates across several Indian cities and is expanding rapidly. It currently supports a large customer base and has ambitious growth plans.

What You Will Do

• Keep tabs on active clients each day and check whether they have shared workout updates, nutrition logs, and end-of-day reports.
• Reach out to clients who are falling behind and follow up proactively so they stay consistent.
• Call interested leads who have already enquired about the fitness programs, explain the offering, answer questions, and guide them through enrollment.
• Maintain organized tracking sheets for client progress and the sales pipeline to keep operations running smoothly.

Who Can Apply

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can work from home, can begin between 8 Jun 2026 and 13 Jul 2026, and are available for the full 6-month duration. Applicants should already have relevant skills and interest in the role. Women restarting or beginning their careers may also apply. Freshers may also be considered.

Other Requirements

• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Candidates with a background in sports, physical education (B.P.Ed), nutrition, or a strong personal interest in fitness and gym culture will be preferred.
• A quiet home workspace, a laptop, and reliable internet access are required.
• The internship is intended to lead into a full-time role after completion.

Stipend and Compensation

The stipend is ₹13,000 per month, structured as a fixed pay of ₹8,000 per month plus an incentive component of ₹5,000 per month.

On successful conversion to a permanent position, the expected salary range is ₹2,40,000 to ₹3,60,000 per year.
