About the internship
This in-office internship is focused on sales-oriented business development in a finance-tech environment. You will work closely with equity analysts and fund teams, especially through conferences and other professional interactions, while helping the team turn research insights into actionable business opportunities.
What you will do
- Develop and nurture relationships with equity analysts and fund teams met at conferences, record every interaction in the CRM, and arrange structured follow-ups within 24 hours.
- Assist with research-driven business development by drafting company and sector summaries, noting analyst takeaways, and connecting potential opportunities to product use cases.
- Handle outreach and warm-introduction workflows from start to finish, including contacting prospects, coordinating meetings, supporting demo preparation, writing follow-up notes, and preparing weekly pipeline updates.
Eligibility
This opportunity is open only to candidates who can join as a full-time, in-office intern, begin between 1 July 2026 and 5 August 2026, and commit to a 6-month internship. Applicants should have relevant skills and interest in the role. Women looking to start or restart their careers are also welcome to apply.
Other requirements
- Preference for final-year MBA students specializing in finance or marketing, or final-year BCom/BBA students with strong communication skills; previous internship experience in finance, sales, or client-facing work is an advantage.
- You should be comfortable attending conferences and events, speaking with senior professionals, and managing a large number of follow-ups with strong CRM discipline.
- We are looking for someone with an ownership mindset who can work independently, meet targets, handle rejection well, and refine scripts or processes using feedback and data.
Compensation
The stipend is INR 10,000 per month.
