Business Development Associate (Sales) Internship

About the internship

This is an in-office business development internship focused on sales outreach and campus engagement for the HireBricks platform. The role is based in Bangalore and involves regular field visits to colleges, where you will connect with students and key decision-makers while promoting the platform’s offerings and career opportunities.

What you will do

• Visit colleges and speak with students about the platform and its opportunities.
• Promote HireBricks and clearly explain how the platform can help candidates discover internships and jobs.
• Connect with placement cell coordinators, principals, and other college authorities.
• Give product demonstrations and walk audiences through key features and benefits.
• Contribute to communication, networking, and marketing development through fieldwork.
• Represent the brand professionally during all college interactions.
• Support colleges in linking students with internships and career opportunities.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can commit to a full-time, on-site internship lasting 6 months and who can begin between 27 May 2026 and 1 Jul 2026. Eligibility and other requirements

• BBA and MBA students or graduates are preferred.
• Applicants from other educational backgrounds may also be considered if they have strong communication abilities.
• Candidates should be confident, energetic, and comfortable traveling within Bangalore.
• Strong spoken and written English are expected.
• Good interpersonal skills, public-speaking confidence, networking ability, and a professional attitude are important.
• Applicants should be eager to learn and comfortable working in a field-based sales environment.

Compensation and stipend structure

The internship offers a monthly stipend in the range of INR 20,000 to INR 1,66,000. The pay breakdown includes a fixed component of ₹10,000 to ₹1,50,000 per month, along with an incentive component of ₹10,000 to ₹16,000 per month.
